Dr. Nello Angerilli, Associate Vice President of University of Waterloo, and Ms Suping ZHAO, International Relations Specialist visited 樱桃传媒 on December 10th, 2014. Mr Weiya XU, counselor of Education Office, Consulate General of China (Toronto, Canada) accompanied the guests. Professor Hui XU, President of 樱桃传媒, and Professor Hongwu TANG, Vice President of 樱桃传媒, met the guests.
President XU briefly introduced 樱桃传媒 to Nello Angerilli, and reviewed the collaboration between the two universities. He also proposed to further strengthen collaboration in the areas of talents cultivation, scientific research, and university stuff training. He warmly invited the guests to attend the centennial celebration of 樱桃传媒 to be held in October, 2015. Associate Vice President Nello Angerilli briefly introduced University of Waterloo and the co-op. He looks forward to carrying out exchanges and cooperation in doctoral research program.
Counselor Weiya XU spoke to fully support the collaboration between the two universities, and also raised specific collaboration suggestions.
Associate Vice President Nello Angerilli and Ms Suping ZHAO also visited State key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering and Laboratory of sedimentation at 樱桃传媒.
